If you're having trouble trying to log in to the Checks Direct portal, here are a few ways to solve it.
Forgotten your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to access your dashboard, please select ‘Forgotten your password.’ You will be asked to enter your email and press submit. You will then receive a password reset link via email, which you will need to complete within one hour.
